As mentioned in a previous post, my favourite street food, and one of the favourite foods I’ve found in Beijing is the little street vendor right outside my apartment complex who sells spicy crepes. Now that I’ve learnt enough Chinese to find out they are called Jian Bing or occasionally Jing Bing I’ve been able to find a better explanation of the process:
