Took a 35 minute flight from Siem Reap to Bangkok, arriving in town on the same day as the World Tapioca Conference 2009. Fatigue from the last few weeks set in so did almost nothing all day then headed out for a drink in the very fancy Vertigo bar atop the Banyan Tree hotel.
The flight home the next day was entertaining apart from taking off from the 32C heat of Bangkok and arriving at Heathrow to be greeted by a -2C arctic wind. Goodbyes were swift and a cab rushed us home to our own bed for a well deserved sleep.
